2. Products & Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

All artwork and prints sold through Sam Meihoefer Art are made to order using a trusted third-party print and fulfillment provider, Gelato.

Because each product is custom printed after purchase:

  • slight variations in color, positioning, and print finish may occur,

  • mockup images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only,

  • actual products may differ slightly depending on materials, screen settings, and production methods.

These variations are considered normal and are not classified as defects.

Unless otherwise stated, frames and decorative items shown in product images are not included.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Shipping times vary depending on destination, local carrier services, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

As our products are fulfilled through international print partners, orders may be produced and shipped from different locations depending on customer region and product availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • postal carriers,

  • customs processing,

  • weather events,

  • incorrect shipping details,

  • or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind,

  • incorrect address submissions,

  • buyer’s remorse,

  • or ordering mistakes.

However, if your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective,

  • or significantly incorrect,

please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number,

  • clear photographs of the issue,

  • and a description of the problem.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • a replacement item,

  • store credit,

  • or a refund at our discretion.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for minor color variations or slight production inconsistencies inherent to print-on-demand manufacturing.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, branding, graphics, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Sam Meihoefer Art and are protected by copyright laws.

Artwork may not be:

  • copied,

  • reproduced,

  • resold,

  • distributed,

  • modified,

  • or used commercially

without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sam Meihoefer Art shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or incidental damages,

  • shipping delays,

  • lost profits,

  • or damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers including:

  • Shopify for ecommerce services,

  • and Gelato for print production and fulfillment.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that certain customer and shipping information may be shared with these providers solely for order fulfillment purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
