All artwork is made to order and professionally produced through our trusted print partner, Gelato.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are included in the listed product prices unless otherwise stated at checkout.

There are no additional standard shipping fees added to most orders.

Order Processing

Each print is custom made after purchase.

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Australia: 3–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Global Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through Gelato’s global print network.

Depending on your location, products may be printed and shipped from different fulfillment centers to reduce delivery times and environmental impact.

If multiple items are ordered, they may arrive in separate packages.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Sam Meihoefer Art is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • postal carriers,

  • customs processing,

  • weather disruptions,

  • high seasonal demand,

  • or incorrect shipping information supplied at checkout.

Delivery times may increase during holidays or peak periods.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Sam Meihoefer Art.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please include:

  • your order number,

  • photographs of any damage,

  • and a brief description of the issue.

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
